Born in Honolulu and raised on the Big Island, Tazialynn graduated from Kamehameha Schools Hawai‛i. Initially earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hawai‛i at Hilo, she pursued an Associates degree in Nursing from Hawai‛i Community College to give back to her community. After six years as a nurse, she found her passion in Emergency Medicine and furthered her nursing degree, graduating from Chamberlain University with her Bachelors, followed by her Masters in June 2020. Tazialynn is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioning (FNP). She has special interest in primary care such as Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Gout.
Karen was born and raised in New Orleans. She moved to Hawai‛i in 2007 with her husband. In 2014, Karen earned her associate degree from Hawai‘i Community College and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo. Karen always knew she wanted to provide health care to her Hawai‘i community. She worked as a registered nurse in Hawai‘i for seven years, having experience in long-term care, hospice, and acute care. She graduated with an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioning (FNP) master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Karen is passionate about providing culturally congruent primary care to her community and building trusting relationships with her patients.
Born and raised in Hilo, Grace received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science. She earned a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Psychology with a focus on community from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2002. She went on to earn a Master of Social Work Degree from University of Hawai’i at Manoa Distance Education Program in 2010, where she later became an instructor. She has over 20 years of experience providing our Hawai’i Island community with behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families.
